About Us

We are a group of professionals with skills and experience relevant specifically to the health industry.  We pride ourselves in delivering a personal and hands-on service to our clients. We would like to take a couple of minutes to introduce ourselves to you.

I am experienced in assisting practitioners with medico-legal advice, and in relation to workplace issues and general procedural matters pertaining to various aspects of a Health Practice. 

With a Certificate IV in Business and Diplomas in Practice Management and Company Directors, my expertise is highly regarded from a business persepctive.  Not only have these courses provided me with the skill and knowledge to run my own business, but it has also provided me an in-depth insight into the operations of a health practice. 

I have presented seminars throughout Australia and had Speaking Roles in relation to various topics including:

• Risk Management
• Theft & Fraud
• Medical reception
• Communication & Negotiation
• Occupational Health & Safety
• Workers Compensation

I wrote articles on a monthly basis for the AMA (NSW) publication 'NSW Doctor', and now write a regular column in many other medical and legal journals.

John Crouch Director  I have had over 20 years of executive and corporate governance experience.

My roles include:

• Founding member of the very first foreign bank in Australia, Chase Manhattan
• Founder and CEO of nationally operating Joint Venture company, Austrapay, between Chase Manhattan and Australia Postal Corporation
• Director, Board Member and alternating Chairman of 6 Joint ventures involving large players including St George Bank, Chase Manhattan and several local banks
• Regional Manager for Asia Pacific, Chase Manhattan
• Director of the Chase Manhattan Bank Superannuation Board for several years
• Involved in and has secured multi million dollar negotiations with the likes of American Express, Telstra, NRMA, Westpac, NAB, ACT Treasury and several other corporate and government entities

I have the policy that... “Running a business is a serious challenge. There are many aspects to be overseen and kept abreast of. It is unlikely that principals will be experts in every function of the business, nevertheless, it is critical to have a regular and meaningful understanding of various issues and processes involved. By entrusting business management to HPCG, it allows the principals to have input to a management model, without the burden of monitoring or ongoing oversight.”

My expertise is utilised in assisting our clients with their budgets and finances, management reporting and the creation and management of business, marketing and continuity plans for each area of our client;s practices.

Much of my work is based on benchmark reporting and analysis, and the creation of Senior Management reports.

I bring with me a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the health industry and my role at Health Practice Creations is one of Project Management in the area of Practice Set-up, along with undertaking feasibility studies and business planning.
